THE CEREMONY
Everything is ready for the rite of marriage.
In a church, town hall, or in our garden.
The choice is yours.


APERITIVO
The party starts.
Among photos and chatting the guests begin to enjoy the garden
and a rich buffet of things to drink and eat.


LUNCH
Each person has a place to enjoy themselves with dishes chosen by you.
A small journey through the flavours of Valle Maria and authentic Piedmont cooking.
Here everything is made in-house, starting with the finest ingredients.  
Do you have guests who are vegetarian or who have food allergies or intolerances?
No problem! Tell us in advance, and we will create tasty options. 


THE OPEN BAR

Do you know your guests well?
Choose what is best for them.

We offer classic bar service with a waiter,
including draft beer all evening long,
and a corner bar with drinks, glasses and ice. 


AFTER LUNCH
Every couple has their desires.
Occitan dancing barefoot in the garden or chatting late into the night.
Some want loud modern music, others to rest and recuperate their energy for the next day’s excursion.


THE NIGHT

Off to bed without taking a car!
A regenerating rest that only the mountains can give awaits you
and a morning charge of a rich breakfast buffet of typical local items.

A MENU IDEA

We propose a complete journey through the flavours of our area.
Obviously, everything can be changed to meet your tastes and the seasonal features.

-Puff pastry with Langa cheese and Moscato smoked salmon.
– Piedmontese meat topped with a fresh sauce of capers and olives.
– Pepper flan with “Bagna Cauda”

– “Cruset” with fresh ricotta from Stroppo and spinach

– Piedmontese Carnaroli risotto creamed with Toma d’Elva
and Piedmontese hazelnuts.

-Piedmontese “Carbonade” cooked in the oven.
-Ratatouille with peppers, eggplant, and zucchini

-Plate with cheese from the Valley with grape must and honey from Acceglio.

-Amaretto semifreddo with flakes of dark chocolate
