RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To confirm the reservation we ask for a deposit of only 30%
The deposit not only secures your booking and also to protects the hotel in case of
in case of unexpected or unavoidable cancellations,
regardless of the reason.
-the deposit will be returned to you if you inform us 30 days before the stay begins.
-the reservation can also be used by people other than those listed in the booking.
-if you arrive late or leave early, the deposit for the lost days will not, however, be returned.
To make you feel at ease, we have added some COVID-RELATED REFUND CLAUSES:
-In the case that legislative restrictions that forbid movements between regions or tourism-related travel are reinstated
we will provide a refund of your deposit
-In the case that the cancellation is necessary due to Covid-19 or quarantine related to Covid, you will have the possibility to use the deposit as a voucher that is valid for 1 year.
