Rates per person, per day, excluding drinks.
Service is half-board.
Add a visitor tax of 1€ per person, per day.

MTB STAY “HOTEL” RATES:
from 05-03 to 07-08: 71 €
from 07-09 to 08-29: 77 €
from 08-30: 71 €
Accommodation in double or single rooms.
10% reduction for four person occupancy.
20% surcharge for single occupancy (only one available)

MTB STAY “LODGE” RATES:

from 05-03 to 07-08: 63 €
from 07-09 to 08-29: 66 €
from 08-30: 63 €

Accommodation in rooms for 4-5 people, minimum of 4 nights
(10% surcharge for a room with fewer than 4 persons).
Daily bathroom cleanliness.
Remaking of beds and rearrangement of rooms are clients’ responsibility.
Sheets and towels provided once a week.

Mountain Bike reduction: 0-2 years old: free;
3-5 years old: -50%; 6-10 years old: -25%
-15€ if the child doesn’t make use of our dinner service.

Mountain Bike reduction (with identification badge):
-50% Guide reduction for groups of at least 6 people.
The reduction will be applied on the half-board rate.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

To confirm the reservation we ask for a deposit of only 30%.
The deposit not only secures your booking and also to protects the hotel in case of unexpected or unavoidable cancellations, regardless of the reason.
-the deposit will be returned to you if you inform us 30 days before the stay begins.
-the reservation can also be used by people other than those listed in the booking.
-if you arrive late or leave early, the deposit for the lost days will not, however, be returned.

To make you feel at ease, we have added some COVID-RELATED REFUND CLAUSES:
– In the case that legislative restrictions that forbid movements between regions or tourism-related travel are reinstated
we will provide a refund of your deposit..
– In the case that the cancellation is necessary due to Covid-19 or quarantine related to Covid, you will have the possibility to use the deposit asa voucher that is valid for 1 year. .
