OUR LODGE FORMULA

This solution allows you to keep costs down
Without giving up the services and the quality of the hotel.
The formula is applicable for rooms occupied by clients for a period of 4 nights.

-Daily bathroom cleanliness.
-Remaking of beds and rearrangement of rooms are clients’ responsibility.
-Sheets and towels provided once a week.

Rates per person, per day, excluding drinks.
We add a visitor tax of 1,50 € per person, per day.
From Jan. 10 to May 2: 65€
From May 3 to July 8: 62€
From July 9 to August 28: 68€
From August 30 to Dec. 22: 62€
Children aged 0-2 years old: free; 3-10 years old: -25%

Only the bathrooms are cleaned daily; the room is not cleaned or tidied.
(10% surcharge for a room with fewer than 4 persons).

INCLUDED IN THE RATE:

BREAKFAST: sweet and savoury buffet to start your day.

DINNER: Every evening is a new journey in typical and traditional Cuneo Valley cuisine: Starter, soup, first course, second course with side dish, and dessert.

AND IN ADDITION:

-Private parking (even for coaches).
-Large Private Garden with deckchairs, armchairs and hammocks.
-Library with maps, books and information books (also for sale).
-After-dinner Chat corner to exchange opinions and proposed routes.

-Wifi free and secure throughout the whole building.
-Internet point available to customers.
-Meetings/yoga/video room.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

To confirm the reservation we ask for a deposit of only 30%.
The deposit not only secures your booking and also to protects the hotel in case of unexpected or unavoidable cancellations, regardless of the reason.
-the deposit will be returned to you if you inform us 30 days before the stay begins.
-the reservation can also be used by people other than those listed in the booking.
-if you arrive late or leave early, the deposit for the lost days will not, however, be returned.

To make you feel at ease, we have added some COVID-RELATED REFUND CLAUSES:
– In the case that legislative restrictions that forbid movements between regions or tourism-related travel are reinstated
we will provide a refund of your deposit..
– In the case that the cancellation is necessary due to Covid-19 or quarantine related to Covid, you will have the possibility to use the deposit asa voucher that is valid for 1 year. .
